With a documentary approach and cinematically inspired, I aim to capture you and your partner for exactly as you are.
At the end of the day, I’m a people person. I love getting to know my couples, their friends and their families — the imperfections, the mess, the joy… all of it.
I have a very laid back, casual, documentary style. My favourite part of photography is hanging out, getting to know everyone and capturing moments as they naturally unfold.
With simple directions rather than stiff poses, I’m positive you and your partner will feel like yourselves.
I always tell my couples that if you don’t see me, it’s probably a good thing because I’m out there capturing the moment. The details, from the decor, to your outfits, to the twinkle in your parents eye.
I want you to look to be able to look back at your photos and think “wow, Hannah really captured our day,” and remember what it felt like, and even smelt like to be there.

The Process
Here’s what to expect when you inquire about your wedding day.

Before you book, we’ll plan a meeting to get to know each other 1 on 1. I love to meet people in person at local breweries, cafes and restaurants if possible, but a call when different time zones or busy schedules factor in, they work too! This meeting is to hear about the details of your day, answer any of your questions you have and ensure we’re a great fit!

Once you’re booked in, the planning begins! In the months leading up, we’ll schedule zoom calls so that I’m up to date on your plans. I can be as hands on, or hands off as you need me to be. Providing insight on timelines, locations, vendors and more. Some couples have lots of questions and want lots of guidance, and some like to ride it out solo. Just know that I’m always here for you!

It’s now your wedding day! With a documentary approach, you can expect someone that gives you space to be yourself. I always encourage spending the most time with your partner, friends and family, over spending hours taking photos. I’ll capture the moments that go unnoticed, and be there for you throughout the entire day.
In home, in a park you love, a bar or restaurant that you frequent — whatever it may be, I’m here to capture your story.
